IBT Consultants has been doing control packages and building complete machines since 2002.   The president and found of the company David Palkon has been designing machine control packages for 25 years.  Starting his career as a mechanical engineer, he quickly learned, in order to make machines that met the needs of his clients he had to learn how to incorporate the control package and design a complete system.
